Hotel Albani Firenze - Florence

Nice hotel with excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a great bar/lounge. The staff once helped me with directions to attractions, which I remember fondly. I can't wait to return for Christmas!

Brilliant staff!!!

Clean and amazing place, outstanding and nice breakfast with a great selection of options. Cosy room with air-con and a beautiful balcony, and safe too for guests' safety. A great selection of meals for breakfast, including scrambled eggs, bacon, croissants and bread. Early check in and in general nice service. Easy check-out.

The location was good - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. And it was minutes from the train station. The staff was decent, cooperative with every request.

Close to the train station. In the center. There are good restaurants nearby... It's a good hotel. We liked it very much.

The price is a little high.

The charming vintage decor and welcoming staff enhanced our charming stay in the heart of Florence. The complimentary basket of fruit and elegant marble bathroom were delightful touches that made our return after exploring the city feel special.

Bit awkward with balcony door open as room directly opposite across courtyard - beds facing each other !!!!!! Air con didn't work could be a problem in height of summer. Lovely dressing table with plug point for air dryer and straighteners etc but no mirror!!

Breakfast could have been better

was very close to the train station and city center. walking distance to al the attractiveness. the staff was very nice except the first day, the lady at the reception seems has not so much patients. otherwise, the service seems quite fine.

I booked this hotel for a surprise for my boyfriend, but i was a bit disppointed as the room in the picture does looks difference in real. in fact the room is quite small. all the rest is ok, room facility is clean.

Even though I did not have one of the better rooms, I still found this hotel extremely attractive and comfortable.

The immediate neighbourhood of the hotel is not particularly attractive. The internet connection was not at all reliable, even on the computer provided by the hotel. When using the timed wireless access, it was very difficult to log out successfully.

A nice, varied breakfast. Location is good, near the train station, close to the center. Quiet street. Beautiful, cozy hotel. Friendly and responsive staff.

WiFi wasn't working in the room. Bad lighting. No sockets by the bed.

Friendly and courteous staff in reception and dining areas. Warm and inviting public areas with large flower displays. Magnificently decorated, spacious, and very clean room providing fresh bathrobes, slippers, and abundance of bathroom linen. Comfortable dining area with fresh table linen, attentive staff and an excellent choice of self service breakfast food. All in all, a very enjoyable hotel experience.

No English speaking TV channels, and no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Had these facilities been provided, then this first class hotel would be one of the best.

Grate hotel, very comfortable, our room was big and nice, comfortable bed and bathroom. Nice brakefast. Very good value for money.
